Jakobsmarkt has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the historic center and the train station. The free parking is a great perk too! We loved the breakfast. It was fresh and offered plenty of choices. The staff at the restaurant next door were really kind and helpful.

Great breakfast, brand-new bathroom.
As always, in most hotels - the hairdryer. You have to push the button all the time. As a long-haired person it's really exhausting.

The hotel offered zero upgrades despite my expectations. The location woudl've been better far away from that unsightly red-light district. The staff was more focused on their odd small talk than actually helping. Honestly, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Absoluteley unacceptable for the money spent!

The hotel is in a good position to visit the old town, staff is really helpful and friendly.
The room was not 100% clean, the window looked on an internal parking. I think the room was not worth the money, would be ok if price was less. Breakfast is expensive (10€), go to a bar.

Super clean, single room small, but well thought out, very good mattress. Great bathroom, big shower. Extremely courteous staff. Perfect location on the edge of the city centre.
